Over a decade of friendship brought this well balanced pair even closer together and created bonds that translate to a high level of excellence in hospitality. Nikki was bred for this opportunity from a young age. Helping her father manage his properties and restaurants at an early age gave her perspective on the pivotal role she could play in her family business. Being exposed to the industry early on allowed her to expand her knowledge and skills in the hospitality industry. Through college and beyond, Nikki worked in dynamic event execution in Indiana and throughout the United States. These experiences no doubt created a perfect segue for her to run this business and create one of a kind events in Newport. From planning innovative menus and unique special touches, Nikki has incredible taste and passion for making experiences that will never slip the mind!
Tait was also raised with family hospitality close to the heart. From his grandmother’s famous recipes to his mother’s creative and artistic talents, Tait was cultured at a young age to open his heart and his home to the ones he loved. Tait spent his post-graduation years managing with Darden restaurants. He uses his experience to collaborate with Nikki on creative amenities and menu planning for event spreads and gourmet breakfasts. Tait is passionate about creating intricate flavors and fantastic spreads for our special events. He will also be introducing a NAB Bar this summer for personalized cocktails, mimosas, and perhaps a Sunday Bloody Mary or two.
